LocalSearchly provides digital audit and local marketing consultancy services, focused on analyzing and optimizing the online presence of small and medium-sized businesses in local financial directories. The goal is to maximize visibility to attract high-purchasing-power clients.
2.1. The Provider (LocalSearchly) undertakes to provide the services described in the accepted offer, with professionalism and in accordance with industry standards. The reports and strategies provided are recommendations based on the analysis of data available at the time of the audit.
2.2. The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for conducting the audit. The Client acknowledges that the final results depend on numerous external factors, including third-party platform algorithms and market evolution.
LocalSearchly does not guarantee specific increases in profit, traffic, or conversions as a direct result of implementing the recommendations. Our services are consultative, and implementation is the responsibility of the client. Our liability is limited to the value of the service paid for the respective audit.
Services are billed in advance or according to the payment plan established in the offer. All prices are expressed in RON and include VAT, where applicable. Refunds are evaluated individually in case of service cancellation before the start of actual work.
All reports, analyses, and materials created by LocalSearchly remain our intellectual property. The Client receives an unlimited-use license for internal purposes for their business. Distribution or resale of these materials to third parties is strictly prohibited.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. In case of a flagrant violation of the terms (e.g., non-payment, abusive use of materials), the aggrieved party may terminate the agreement with immediate effect.
LocalSearchly reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. The updated version will be published on this page. Continued use of the services after publication constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
